TOPTHERM PROTECT 50 must be mixed with water before being added in whatever part of the system. It includes specific corrosion inhibitors for multi-metal (iron-aluminium-copper). It avoids gas formation and bacterial colonies growth. It reduces the formation of encrusting deposits and sludge both inside the system and the boiler, reducing energy waste. Before adding the product to the system, it is recommended to clean the circuit with the most indicated TOPTHERM cleaner.

Check the product concentration once the filling operation has finished. Every year, check the anti-freeze protection and if it is necessary, replenish the product TOPTHERM PROTECT 50. Every year, check how much of PROTECT 1 is left with P-TEST, and replenish if necessary.

TOPTHERM PROTECT 50 contains non-toxic propylene glycol, has a neutral pH and it is not classified as hazardous substance. Do not allow the product to reach potable waters.

TUTORIAL – STEP BY STEP

Filling operation
• Before administration, ensure that the system does not contain other chemicals than TOPTHERM. If in doubt, drain the system and refill it with clean mains water.
• Check the water volume inside the system or the house dimension.
• Ensure to have the right quantity of PROTECT 50 available (lower concentrations than that recommended do not yield satisfactory results. Any higher concentration do not cause problems).
• Dilute TOPTHERM PROTECT 50 with 50% of water before administration.
• Check the anti-freeze protection.
• Every year, check the anti-freeze protection and if it is necessary, replenish the product TOPTHERM PROTECT 50. Every year, check how much of PROTECT 1 is left with P-TEST, and replenish if necessary.
