To remove combustion residues from fumes side of aluminium combustion chambers of condensing boilers

How to use

Spray TOPTHERM CLEAN F9 A directly onto the cold surface to be cleaned until the deposits to be removed are completely wet. Let the product react for 10 – 20 minutes before brushing and rinsing. In case of persistent deposits, repeat the cleaning procedure and make the burner work for 1-2 hours. When it is needed, apply also TOPTHERM CLEAN F9 B after having applied CLEAN F9 A.

Spray the product until the surface to be cleaned is thoroughly wet.

TUTORIAL – STEP BY STEP

Cleaning operation
• Ensure to have the right quantity of CLEAN F9 A.
• Dismantle the burner of primary heat exchanger.
• Connect the sprayer to the CLEAN F9 A tank (be careful, it is a corrosive product).
• Spray the product onto the exchanger until the surface is thoroughly wet.
• Let the product react from 10 – 20 minutes.
• Fill-up the INJET vessel with mains water and thoroughly rinse the whole surface.
• If the dirt has not been removed totally, spray the product CLEAN F9 B and repeat the operation with both products.
• If there are still some persistent deposits, make the burner work for 1 – 2 hours and check the results.
• For safety reason, never use CLEAN F9 A with pressurisable sprayers.
• Rinse the sprayer with water to avoid that saline incrustations will form and block passages
